Q: What is a Doubledoodle?

A: A Doubledoodle is a cross between a Labradoodle and a Goldendoodle. We no longer breed this combo very often but we have lots of Dreaming Double Doodles that are happy healthy adults living wonderful lives with their families.

Q: What types of doodles do you breed?

A: We primarily breed Goldendoodles, Bernedoodles, and Labradoodles.

Q: Will my puppy shed? Is my puppy ok for someone with allergies?

A: All dogs shed. The majority of our puppies will be as close to a non-shedding dog as possible. All people who have an allergy to dogs are different. Most people with dog allergies do fine with a puppy from us. If dog allergies are a severe concern in your household I recommend to bring a T-shirt or a blanket at the time of Puppy selection and expose it to your puppy. Take the T-shirt or blanket home and keep it nearby for a day or so to see if you can tolerate.

Q: What are the generations of doodles you breed?

A: We breed F1B, and Multigenerational. These generations typically produce the most ideal and desirable coats.

Q: What size pups do you offer?

A: We breed standard (usually around 50-60lbs as an adult), medium (usually around 30-45lbs as an adult), mini (35lbs or under as an adult), and micro mini (usually under 20lbs as an adult).

Q: How much is the deposit and is it refundable?

A: We usually require a $500 deposit to reserve a puppy. There are times that we can take less of a depsoit if needed (just message us if that is the case). Deposits are nonrefundable unless we would not have a puppy available for you.

Q: How does puppy selection work?

A: Once a litter of puppies is born we will post an announcement- usually on facebook first. Once the puppies are around a week old we will post individual pictures of the puppies and also update them to the Available Puppies page. Puppies will be available for immediate reservation via deposit at that time.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: For deposit only we accept PayPal via our webpage, Zelle, or if needed you can mail us personal check. For final payment which is due at the time of puppy pick up, we accept CASH ONLY.

Q: Can we visit your facility and meet your dogs in person before placing a deposit?

A: Unfortunately for the safety of our family, dogs, and pups, we do not allow visits without a deposit. We will offer FaceTime or video chat so you can see where our pups and dogs are raised. Please note that most of our dogs live with local guardian families and are not at our residence the majority of the time.

Q: Do doodles make good family pets?

A: YES! Doodles make the best family pets! Most of our puppies go to families with children and they do great!

Q: Should I get a male or female pup?

A: Both male and female make wonderful pets. If you already have a dominate female dog at home I would recommend getting a male pup. Other than that they all usually do great!

Q: Are doodles easy to train?

A: Doodles are very smart dogs. Poodles and retrievers are both in the top 10 smartest dog breeds, poodles being #2! If you are new to owing a pup we might suggest to have a dog training book on hand to reference or even hire a dog trainer to assist with training your new pup, but overall they are very good dogs and very easy to train.
